Recombinant monoclonal antibody to V5 epitope tag with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the hybridoma SV5-P-K. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. This is a chimeric rat antibody, based on the original mouse IgG1 format.The V5 epitope tag is a small epitope, termed Pk, present on the P/V proteins of the paramyxovirus, SV5. Applications: |Suitable for use in RIA, Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Other applications not tested.Recommended DilutionOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
