MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Endostatin is a naturally occurring 20kD polypeptide derived from the C-terminal portion of type XVIII collagen. It functions as an anti-angiogenic cytokine that is expressed in various organs with the highest levels in liver, lung and kidney. Endostatin inhibits angiogenesis by blocking the pro-angiogenic activities of VEGF and FGF-basic. Recombinant human Endostatin is a 20.2kD protein consisting 184aa residues.ApplicationsSuitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.Recommended DilutionsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and StabilityMay be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
