MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000. NEPH1 is a member of the nephrin-like protein family, which includes NEPH2 (MIM 607761) and NEPH3 (MIM 607762). The cytoplasmic domains of these proteins interact with the C terminus of podocin (NPHS2; MIM 604766), and the genes are expressed in kidney podocytes, cells involved in ensuring size- and charge-selective ultrafiltration (Sellin et al., 2003 [PubMed 12424224]).ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, FLISARecommended DilutionFLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
