Species: Human Host Species: Sf9 insect cells MW: 75 kDa Genbank #: NM_001140 Tag(s): N-terminal FLAG-tag a.a: 2– 662(end) Description:ALOX-15, also known as 15LOX-1, omega-6 lipoxygenase, or arachidonate 15-lipoxygenase (GenBank Accession No. NM_001140), a.a. 2- 662(end), with N-terminal FLAG-tag, MW=75 kDa, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system. UniProt P16050 Synonym(s): 15LOX-1, omega-6 lipoxygenase, arachidonate 15-lipoxygenase Assay Conditions: ALOX activity was measured using aDPPP (diphenyl-1-Pyrenylphosphine) coupled assay. The enzyme (5.6ng/µl) was incubated with 200 µMlinoleic acid in DPBS buffer (pH 7.4) for10 min at room temperature followed byaddition of 100 µl of 0.125 mM DPPP inmethanol. After 30 min incubation atroom temperature, fluorescence wasread at Ex350nm/Em380nm. Formulation: 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 138 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, and 100 ng/µl FLAG peptide. Format: Aqueous buffer solution Storage / Stability:

>6 months at –80°C
