【纯化细胞裂解液中的磷酸化蛋白】 M:标准蛋白MarkerLane 1:全蛋白,未经纯化Lane 2:纯化后的蛋白洗脱液Lane 3:漂洗流出液将Phos-tag™ Agarose填充到柱子中,加入细胞裂解液。

SYPRO Ruby染色(左图),Anti-pTyr抗体进行western blot检测(右图)。结果显示使用Phos-tag™ Agarose可高效纯化磷酸化蛋白。

Phos-tag® Agarose捕获结合到Tyr、Thr、Ser、Asp、His等氨基酸糖类脂类上的无机磷酸根和大量二价磷酸根。
