产品说明
OverviewThe E.Z.N.A.® Tissue DNA Kit offers a versatile and cost-effective method for the isolation of DNA from a wide variety of samples including fresh or frozen animal cultured cells and tissues, buccal swabs, whole blood, mouse tail snips, etc. The DNA purification process is simplified with HiBind® Mini Column technology into four quick “lyse-bind-wash-elute” steps and can be accomplished in less than 20 minutes post-lysis. This convenient spin-column format avoids time-consuming steps like alcohol precipitation, use of toxic compounds such as phenol and chloroform and allows for multiple samples to be processed in parallel. DNA purified using this kit is ready for most downstream applications such as PCR, sequencing, genotyping, southern blot analysis and restriction enzyme digestion.Rapid – DNA isolation in less than 20 minutes post-lysisVersatile – Single kit for multiple sample typesSpecialized buffer system – Optimized buffers for higher yieldsSafe – No phenol/chloroform extractionsHigh-quality – DNA is suitable for a variety of downstream applicationsSpecificationsFor Research Use Only. Genomic DNA was isolated from 10 mg of rat kidney with Omega Bio-tek’s E.Z.N.A.® Tissue DNA Kit. Serial dilutions of recovered genomic DNA were used as templates for real-time PCR amplification of a 100 bp fragment of the GAPDH gene with SYBR® Green labeling. Each reaction was performed in triplicate. The fluorescence versus cycle number is plotted and the 5 curves correspond to the input DNA template amounts of 10, 2, 0.4, 0.08, and 0.0016 ng.#gap-2102030406{padding-top:30px}Genomic DNA Yield From Mouse Liver Table 1.
