Background:Asasubstituteforanon-relevantantibody,labelledwithperoxidaseoranalternativeforthegoatPAPcomplex.Product:HorserADIshperoxidasecoupledpurifiedgoatIgGinphosphatebufferedsaline(pH7.2).NopreservativeaddedApplications:ELISA,Immunocytochemistry,Immunohistochemistry(paraffin),Dotblot,Immunoblotting.Theconjugateisshippedatambienttemperatureandmaybestoredat+4°C,prolongedstorageat-20°C.Reconstitutethelyophilizedantiserumbyadding1mlsteriledistilledwater.Spindowntoremoveinsolubleparticles,divideintosmallaliquots,andstorefrozenatorbelow-20°C.Priortouseanaliquotisthawedatambienttemperature,spundownagain,andusedtoprepareworkingdilutionsbyaddingsterilePBSpH7.2).Repeatedthawingandfreezingshouldbeavoided.Ifaslightprecipitationoccursuponstorage,thisshouldberemovedbycentrifugation.Itwillnotaffecttheperformanceoftheconjugate.Dilutedconjugateshouldbestoredat+4°C,notrefrozen,andpreferablyusedthesameday.Specificity:Horseradish-conjugatedpolyclonalGoatIgGCaution:ThisproductisintendedFORRESEARCHUSEONLY,andFORTESTSINVITRO,notforuseindiagnosticortherapeuticproceduresinvolvinghumansoranimals.Thisdatasheetisasaccurateasreasonablyachievable,butNordic-MubioacceptsnoliABIlityforanyinaccuraciesoromissionsinthisinformation.
