Mix-n-Stain Fluorescent Protein & Tandem Dye Antibody Labeling Kits utilize a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to easily label your antibody with APC, R-PE, PerCP or APC-CF750T in about 4 hours. The labeling procedure tolerates many common buffer components and antibody stabilizers (see the product protocol under downloads for details). Mix-n-Stain Fluorescent Protein & Tandem Dye Antibody Labeling Kits utilize a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to easily label your antibody with APC, R-PE, PerCP or APC-CF750T in about 4 hours. The labeling procedure tolerates many common buffer components and antibody stabilizers (see the product protocol under downloads for details). Choose from kit sizes to label 25-50 ug, or 50-100 ug of your antibody. For more information, please download the product information sheet for this product. APC and R-PE belong to the family of phycobiliproteins, which are derived from cyanobacteria and eukaryotic algae. APC has absorption maxima at 650 and emission at 660 nm. Because of the high fluorescence quantum yield (~0.68), APC is by far the brightest dye for the 650 nm wavelength region. R-PE has absorption maxima at 496, 546, and 565 nm respectively and emission at 578 nm. Because of the high extinction coefficient (~1,960,000) and high fluorescence quantum yield (~0.82), R-PE is by far the brightest dye for the 565 nm wavelength region. PerCP is a small 35 kDA phycobiliprotein derived from red algae. PerCP has absorption maxima at 482 nm and emission at 677 nm. The Mix-n-Stain APC-CF750T Antibody Labeling Kit is for labeling an antibody with tandem APC-CF750T (Ex/Em 650/780 nm) for multi-color flow cytometry. It is designed for detection in the APC-Cy®7 channel.
