miREIA是一种基于免疫测定的新型miRNA定量方法，涉及从患者样品中分离出的miRNA与互补的生物素化DNA寡核苷酸探针杂交。然后通过固定有完美匹配的DNA / miRNA杂交体的微量滴定板固定的单克隆抗体捕获DNA / RNA杂交体。下一步是复制标准ELISA方案。

该测定可在常规免疫测定设备上运行，与标准临床工作流程兼容，不需要扩增步骤，并且包括miRNA分析在内的结果可在不到三个小时的时间内获得。
